Company and data controller

NGAT Technologies L.L.C., registered in Pejë, Republic of Kosovo, is the data controller for the website processing described in this policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, including Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data.

Contact details

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@ngattechnologies.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Please do not send passports, national identity cards, or other highly sensitive identity documents unless NGAT specifically requests an appropriate and secure verification method.

Scope

This policy applies to this corporate website and to business inquiries received through the contact links shown here. It does not automatically govern a client project, employee relationship, or a third-party website linked from this site; separate terms or notices may apply in those contexts.

Information collected directly

If you contact NGAT, we may receive the information you choose to include in your email, such as your name, business contact details, company, inquiry, and correspondence. The website currently opens your email client rather than collecting inquiry text through an on-page form.

Technical and analytics information

Essential browser storage records your consent choice and whether the first-load screen has already appeared during the browser session. If you consent to Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog may process device and browser details, approximate location derived from network information, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and interaction information such as clicks, scrolling, and session behavior.

NGAT does not configure these tools to receive names, email addresses, message content, or inquiry text. Google advertising storage and advertising personalization are disabled. Clarity masks sensitive content and input values. PostHog uses pseudonymous analytics identifiers and is configured to create person profiles only for identified users; this website does not identify visitors through its contact flow.

Purposes of processing

  • Responding to inquiries and discussing potential services or partnerships.
  • Operating, securing, troubleshooting, and improving the website.
  • Understanding aggregate site usage when Analytics consent has been given.
  • Meeting applicable legal obligations and establishing or defending legal claims.

Lawful grounds for processing

Optional analytics relies on consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time through Manage Cookies, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.

Business correspondence may be processed to take steps at your request before a contract, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as responding to business inquiries, maintaining business records, and protecting the website.

Cookies and similar technologies

Optional analytics is off until you make a positive choice. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to the website. Choices are stored for up to 180 days and are requested again after expiry or when the consent or policy version changes materially. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Analytics providers

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after Analytics consent and helps measure page use and site performance. Advertising features, Google Signals, advertising personalization, and user-ID collection are not enabled by this implementation.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity is loaded only after Analytics consent and may provide aggregated usage, heatmap, and session-interaction insights. Sensitive content and input values are masked. Withdrawal sends Clarity a denied consent signal, clears its cookies through its consent API, and removes the site’s loader.

PostHog

PostHog is loaded only after Analytics consent and helps NGAT understand website usage and performance. Requests are routed through NGAT’s first-party analytics endpoint and forwarded to PostHog’s European infrastructure. Withdrawing consent stops future event capture.

Service providers and recipients

Depending on your choices and how you contact NGAT, recipients may include hosting and infrastructure providers, email providers, Google, Microsoft, and PostHog. These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to supply their services and process it under their applicable service and privacy terms.

International data transfers

NGAT operates from Kosovo and uses service providers that may process information in other countries. Where information is transferred internationally, NGAT relies on the provider’s contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards and limits processing to the purposes described in this policy.

Data retention

Consent preferences are configured to expire after 180 days, and the first-load screen flag lasts for the browser session. Business correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, relationship, legal duties, or claims. Analytics retention is also governed by NGAT’s provider account settings and the providers’ retention practices. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably required for these purposes.

Security

NGAT uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but access is restricted and the website uses established hosting, transport security, consent controls, and provider security measures.

Your privacy rights

Under Kosovo’s personal-data protection law, subject to applicable conditions, you may:

  • access personal data and receive information about its processing;
  • correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
  • request deletion, restriction, or data portability;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • withdraw consent at any time; and
  • submit a complaint to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo.

To exercise a right, email contact@ngattechnologies.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” NGAT may request proportionate information to confirm identity before acting on a request. You may also contact the Information and Privacy Agency.

Global Privacy Control

Where the browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal, the site records it and keeps the unused Marketing category disabled. Analytics remains off unless you give consent through the site’s privacy controls, and you can reject or withdraw that consent at any time.

Children

This is a business-to-business corporate website and is not directed to children under 18. NGAT does not knowingly collect children’s personal information through this website. If such information is received, NGAT will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Policy updates

This policy may be updated as services, technology, or legal requirements change. The date and policy version above identify the current website version. A material change affecting consent will cause the site to request a new choice.
