Cookie Policy

This policy explains the browser storage, cookies, and optional analytics technologies used by NGAT Technologies L.L.C. Optional analytics remains off until you consent.

What cookies and similar technologies are

Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Websites may also use local storage, session storage, tags, pixels, and similar browser technologies to remember settings, understand use, or support functionality. Some are set by the site you visit; others may be set by a service provider.

Your choices

Essential storage is always active. Analytics is optional and disabled by default. You can accept, reject, or make a category-level choice, and can change or withdraw that choice at any time. Withdrawing Analytics consent disables future initialization, sends denial signals to initialized providers, and removes the site’s analytics loaders.

Analytics entries apply only when the relevant service is configured and you have granted Analytics consent. Browser restrictions or provider updates may shorten a stated duration or change a provider-controlled identifier.

Essential storage

Essential storage supports consent records and session-level site presentation. It is not used for analytics or advertising. If your browser blocks this storage, the site still loads, but it may be unable to remember your choice and may ask again.

Analytics technologies

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity, and PostHog load only after Analytics consent. GA4 is configured without advertising personalization. Clarity uses ConsentV2 with advertising storage denied and masks sensitive content and input values. PostHog analytics requests use NGAT’s first-party /orbit endpoint and are forwarded to PostHog’s European infrastructure.

For provider details, see Google’s Privacy Policy and Microsoft’s Privacy Statement, and PostHog’s Privacy Notice.

Marketing category

The preference system reserves a Marketing category for possible future use, but it is disabled and cannot be selected. The website does not currently implement advertising pixels, retargeting tools, or marketing cookies. NGAT will update its consent controls and this policy before introducing any marketing technology.

Browser controls

Browser settings can delete or block cookies and storage. Those settings operate separately from this site’s controls and may remove the saved consent record, causing the banner to reappear. Blocking all storage can also affect essential preference persistence. Browser controls do not replace the need to use Manage Cookies when you want the site to send a withdrawal signal to an analytics provider already initialized on the current page.

Global Privacy Control

If the browser exposes a Global Privacy Control signal, NGAT records it where technically possible and keeps the unused Marketing category disabled. Analytics remains off unless you give consent through the site’s privacy controls. You can reject or withdraw Analytics consent directly through Your Privacy Choices.

Policy updates

This policy is dated July 22, 2026. Material changes to the tracking services, consent schema, or policy version cause the website to request a fresh choice. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, including Law No. 06/L-082 on Protection of Personal Data.
